- Pickup and returns
- Pickup takes place at our location. You can choose your pickup and return times when making the booking. We will contact you if the schedule needs to be adjusted.
- Usage guidance
- You will receive instructions for using your rented product at pickup or separately if needed. You can always contact us if any questions come up.
- Late returns
- Please contact us no later than 12 hours before the return time. In many cases, the rental can be extended at the daily rate, subject to availability.
- Deposits
- New renters may be charged a security deposit to cover unreturned products. The deposit is returned immediately after the product has been returned.
- Payment
- You can pay at checkout with MobilePay. Cash payment is also possible at pickup. For companies, invoicing is also available for an additional fee.
