TERMS OF SALE
These terms apply to all product purchases made through Suomen Vuokranetti.fi Oy (the "Seller").
1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Binding Agreement: An order is binding once the Seller has confirmed it via email.
Payment Methods: We use secure online payment services (SumUp and MobilePay). Products must be paid in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Title to Products: Ownership of the products passes to the Buyer once the purchase price is paid in full and the product has been delivered.
2. DELIVERY METHODS
Pickup: Products are available for pickup at an agreed time from the Seller's location.
Local Delivery: If home delivery is separately agreed upon, the Seller delivers the product personally and only within the local area specified by the Seller.
No Shipping: We do not ship products via mail or third-party freight companies.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DISTANCE SELLING)
According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products purchased online.
Withdrawal Period: 14 days starting from the moment the product is received (picked up or delivered).
Notice: Notice of withdrawal must be sent in writing to asiakaspalvelu@vuokranetti.fi before the period expires.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made products.
- Opened consumables (e.g., detergents, oils) that cannot be returned for hygiene or nature-related reasons.
- Services that have been fully performed with the customer's consent before the withdrawal period expired.
4. RETURNS
Condition of Product: The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Return Method: Since we do not use shipping, returns must be brought to our pickup point at an agreed time.
Costs: The customer is responsible for direct return costs (such as transportation to the pickup point).
Refund: We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. RECLAMATIONS AND LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
Inspection Obligation: The Buyer must inspect the product upon receipt. Any visible damage or defects must be reported immediately.
Notice of Defect: If a defect appears later, it must be reported within a reasonable time (usually 2 months) of discovery. Reclamations must be sent to asiakaspalvelu@vuokranetti.fi.
Remedying the Defect: Primarily, we will remedy the defect by replacing the product or repairing it. If this is not possible, the Buyer is entitled to a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.
Limitations: The Seller is not liable for defects caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
