Wagner SteamForce powerful wallpaper stripper

Product description

The Wagner SteamForce removes old wallpaper with steam — no chemicals. 2000 W and a 4 L tank give up to about 70 minutes of steaming, so you can tackle larger walls without constant refills. The 3.7 m heat-insulated hose reaches high and into corners; the light steam plate (280 × 200 mm) works on walls and ceilings. Fill with water, plug in, and let the steam soften the adhesive — then peel with a scraper or by hand. Also works on multi-layer and painted wallpaper if you let the steam soak in long enough. Indoor use only; mind delicate surfaces and electrical fittings. Mains powered.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need chemicals to remove wallpaper?

No — SteamForce softens the adhesive with water vapour alone. Use a scraper or wallpaper scraper after steaming.

How long does one tank last?

With the 4 L tank, steaming time is up to about 70 minutes per the manufacturer. One fill often covers a whole wall; refill when the steam thins out.

Can I use it on ceilings and corners?

Yes — the light plate and long hose reach ceilings and tight spots. Keep the plate flush against the surface so steam soaks into the wallpaper.

Will it remove painted or multi-layer wallpaper?

Yes, but allow longer soak times and repeat as needed. Paint can slow absorption — do not gouge the plaster.

What else do I need?

The rental includes the steamer, hose, large steam plate and manual. You need a wall outlet, water to refill, and a wallpaper scraper / scraper. Protect floors and loose furniture. If no mains power is available, you can also rent a portable power station.
