The Hilti DGH 130 is a professional concrete grinder for grinding and finishing concrete – lightweight, precise, and virtually dust-free when paired with the right vacuum. The ergonomic main handle provides full control in all working positions, and the six-speed adjustment (3,000–8,700 rpm) allows for optimal power on different surfaces: full power for hard concrete, gentler for leveling compounds. The adjustable dust shroud can be rotated for grinding edges and corners, ensuring a clean finish even along walls. At only 2.5 kg, the machine is also suitable for grinding walls and smaller areas without causing arm fatigue. Combine the machine with our Hilti VC20M-X construction vacuum, and the vacuum will start automatically with the machine, directing concrete dust straight into the filter instead of your lungs. Discs are charged based on consumption.

The Hilti is lighter and more maneuverable for edges, walls, and smaller surfaces; the Flex 150 mm covers large floor areas faster. For a major floor renovation, you might consider both.
How much does a disc wear down with use?
Disc wear depends entirely on the hardness and area of the surface being worked. Typical cost for disc wear is €10-15.
Can the machine grind along walls?
Yes – the edge part of the dust shroud opens, allowing the disc to get close to the wall, and the strip under the baseboard can be ground cleanly.
Do I need a vacuum?
Practically yes: concrete dust is a health hazard and will mess up the entire home. Our M-class Hilti vacuum starts automatically with the machine.
How are the discs charged?
The disc is a consumable part and is charged based on usage upon return – you only pay for the portion you've used.
