The square shape is the secret here: the sugar floss adheres to the angular stick immediately, and the cotton candy spins evenly into a large ball – with a round stick, a beginner's cotton candy often fails to form. The 40 cm length keeps fingers safely away from the bowl and gives the cotton candy a nice handle. Made from natural material, the sticks can be disposed of as bio-waste.
