Product description
The Flir One Pro transforms your Android phone into a precise thermal camera: locate heat leaks, air leaks, and cold bridges, find underfloor heating pipes and electrical wiring inside walls, or check for overheating fuses and devices. The camera distinguishes temperatures between –20 and +400 degrees Celsius and combines the thermal image with a regular photo (MSX technology), making objects instantly recognizable. The device connects to your phone or tablet's USB-C port, and the free FLIR app displays the image, measures spot temperatures, and saves images and videos for reporting. The camera has its own battery lasting about an hour, which can be charged during use, even from a power bank. Especially useful in winter: energy leak detection, window seal inspection, and renovation quality control can be done yourself in a day – at a fraction of the cost of ordering a thermal imaging report.

Frequently asked questions
Does the camera work on iPhone?
This unit is the USB-C model for Android, and it does not work with Apple devices. If you don't have an Android phone, we rent one to go with the camera – just add it to the same booking.
When should thermal leaks be photographed?
You get the best results when the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures is at least 10–15 degrees Celsius – i.e., from autumn to spring, preferably in the evening or morning.
Can the camera see pipes and wires inside walls?
Yes, when they are carrying heat: underfloor heating circuits, domestic hot water pipes, and loaded electrical wires are clearly visible when they heat the surface.
Is one day enough to survey the whole house?
Easily – you can walk a detached house thoroughly in a couple of hours, which leaves time to review the images calmly and re-shoot anything unclear. Shoot both indoors and outdoors during the same evening, when the temperature difference is at its greatest.
Are the photos saved for me?
Yes, the photos and videos are saved to your phone in the FLIR app, from where you can share them with your property manager or contractor. If you rent a phone as well, you can save the images to your computer via a USB connection.
